Complaints and returns

RETURN (WITHDRAWAL)

  • Please purchase thoughtfully, we do not accept returns.

CLAIMS

  • The customer is obliged to check the goods within 10 calendar days of receipt
  • Please enclose a separate form for each product
  • Claims should be submitted on the claim form available for download below, together with photographs of the product defect and sent to the email address: moncheri@onet.eu
  • The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt
  • The customer is obliged to arrange the return of the goods with the wholesaler
  • In the event of a complaint - the product must, after prior telephone arrangement, be sent back to the address:

  • Attached form and copy of invoice
  • The customer sends back the advertised goods at their own expense. This means that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments with advertised goods. Once the complaint has been resolved, the postage cost will be refunded to the customer.
  • In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for other - full-quality goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods with defect-free goods, the purchase cost of these goods will be refunded by adjusting the invoice. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the date of consideration of the complaint.

BeFORE COMPLAINTS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES:

As manufacturing defects will not be accepted:

  • the type of material from which the product is made
  • hanging out threads on the seam, which can be cut by yourself to make the product ready for sale
      • factory defects will not be recognised as such
      • hanging out threads in other places which can be cut by oneself in order to make the product ready for sale
      • wrinkles on the seam which can be cut by oneself in order to make the product ready for sale
      • marks of use such as soiling, pulling out, deformation of the material indicating that the product has been used.
